About the Role:
- Design and implement automated test frameworks to improve quality and coverage.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to define test requirements.
- Help identify and report defects and ensure robust fixes.
- Participate in improving QA processes and test automation strategy.
- Contribute to CI/CD integration for automated test runs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create automated test scripts for API, UI, and integration testing.
- Analyze test results and log defects with detailed reproduction steps.
- Work with version control (e.g., Git) and CI tools (e.g., Jenkins / GitHub Actions).
- Maintain and refactor existing test suites as needed.
- Review test coverage and propose areas of improvement.
Skills Required:
- Strong programming fundamentals (Python / Java / JavaScript / relevant language).
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Understanding of software testing fundamentals and QA best practices.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Freshers / Early-career candidates with QA / testing exposure through projects or internships.
- Interest in QA automation and quality engineering.
