Role Overview

Work closely with developers and clients to support post-integration technical issues. Help merchants resolve their queries and ensure smooth usage of Razorpay’s products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle technical queries on Razorpay APIs, plugins, and tools.
  • Support clients and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Troubleshoot issues and report bugs to engineering teams.
  • Document and update tickets using CRM tools.
  • Provide in-depth product guidance and support to merchants.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech/M.Tech with internship experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of frontend and backend technologies like HTML, JS, Java, Python, etc.
  • Good communication skills and ability to simplify technical content.
