About the Job
- Join NTT DATA’s support team to provide service desk L2 support and manage technical requests.
- Work with software applications, operating systems, and database environments to support internal and client needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and provide support across Windows, Linux/Unix systems and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and support infrastructure operations.
Job Description
- Offer second-level support for software applications and system issues escalated from first-level support.
- Use programming and scripting knowledge when needed to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Work with operating systems (Linux/Unix and Windows) and databases (SQL) to perform maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Participate in agile projects or IT support workflows to manage tasks and deliverables efficiently.
- Communicate with stakeholders to track, resolve, and document issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Skills Required
- Basic Software Applications Engineering, software development experience, or related work experience
- Basic programming knowledge in C, C++, Java, or Python
- Basic familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
- Basic experience working with SQL
- Basic project management experience and/or experience working in an Agile environment
