Job Description
- Assist in setting up, configuring and monitoring Azure/AWS cloud resources and services.
- Support user access requests and basic cloud resource provisioning tasks.
- Help maintain documentation, runbooks and process guidelines for cloud operations and DevOps tasks.
- Participate in cloud-based deployment pipelines, including basic CI/CD tasks under supervision.
- Shadow and assist in troubleshooting cloud-infrastructure issues, VM operations, and configuration-related tasks.
- Learn and practise cloud fundamentals, DevOps basics and enterprise-grade workflow procedures.
Skills Required
- Basic awareness of cloud computing concepts (servers, storage, networking, etc.)
- Interest in learning and working with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
- Basic understanding of version control, scripting or automation tools is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt and work under guidance
