About the Program
- Be the face of HackerRank on your campus — help build and grow a community of developers and learners.
- Host workshops, hackathons, coding sessions and technical events that engage fellow students.
- Help fellow students prepare and succeed in interviews by promoting coding challenges and skill-based hiring practices.
- Gain leadership, communication and community-building experience while representing a global platform on campus.
What You’ll Do
- Organize and lead campus workshops, hackathons, tech-talks and study-groups.
- Encourage your peers to participate in coding challenges, skill-based contests and learning resources from HackerRank.
- Collaborate remotely with the HackerRank team on campus-outreach strategies and community growth plans.
- Commit about 4–6 hours per week, while managing your college academics and responsibilities.
- Bring creativity, enthusiasm and a passion for tech and community building.
Who Should Apply
- Any college student (any year, any major) — no prior experience required.
- Interest in coding, tech events, community building or student clubs is a plus.
- Good communication skills — both written and verbal — and willingness to lead initiatives.
- Ability to commit a few hours per week for events, coordination and community building tasks.
