Job Description
- Assist in developing ML workflows using Python and scientific computing libraries.
- Analyze biomedical datasets such as mass spectrometry or metabolomics data.
- Support computational biology and computational chemistry projects.
- Create visual reports, dashboards, and documentation for research insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and science domains.
Skills Required
- Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch preferred)
- Interest or experience in biomedical or metabolomics datasets
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Communication skills to explain research findings clearly
- Interest in AI, drug discovery, computational chemistry, or bioinformatics
