Job Description
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to learn about the software development life cycle and company-specific processes.
- Assist in coding, testing, debugging and maintaining software solutions under supervision.
- Support testing, software support, production monitoring and help with incident handling — including database validation, log analysis, and support during deployments.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, participate in code reviews, documentation and quality assurance efforts.
- Be open to shift work — including APAC, UK or US hours — and handle weekend or rotational production support if required.
Skills Required
- Engineering graduate (B.Tech / B.E) — 2024 or 2025 batch preferred.
- Good programming ability in one or more languages, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle operational or support tasks when needed.
- Adaptable, responsible and able to take ownership of tasks under supervision.
