Job Description
- Monitor and maintain uptime for systems and client environments.
- Raise and update tickets in the ticketing system for incidents and activities performed.
- Work in coordination with internal and cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Follow operational procedures, escalation paths, and SLAs for issue resolution.
- Work in 24×7 rotational shifts and handle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Basic understanding of networking and system monitoring concepts
- Working knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals
- Understanding of ticketing tools and IT process workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking, organized and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in rotating 24/7 shift schedules
Eligibility
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSC (CSC/ECE)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
