Job Description
- Work with case and proposal teams to understand business questions and define analytical approaches.
- Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets to build predictive and descriptive models.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to consulting teams and clients.
- Prepare structured outputs such as slide decks, documents, and analytical summaries for decision-making.
- Contribute to re-usable analytics assets, best practices, and internal knowledge repositories.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Good knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and basic predictive modeling concepts
- Hands-on experience with Excel and at least one analytics/programming tool (Python, R, or SQL)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical tasks and interpret results for non-technical stakeholders
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Eligibility
- 2025 pass-out graduates in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong academic record and interest in data analytics and consulting
