About the Job
Zamp.ai is looking for AI Solutions Analysts to help customers automate their workflows using AI. You will translate business processes into workflow specifications, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure high-quality delivery of AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer workflows and convert them into clear technical specifications.
- Design, test, and deploy AI-based workflow automations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to refine solutions.
- Monitor workflow performance and improve accuracy/efficiency.
- Assist in customer onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of AI workflows.
- Track performance metrics, KPIs, and overall business impact.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years experience (including internships).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Computer Science or similar).
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and map them into technical workflows.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- High ownership and ability to work in fast-moving environments.
