About the Job:
- This position involves working with the Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS) division of KPMG. Analysts will support internal audit, process consulting, and risk assessments while working closely with clients across multiple industries. The role demands strong analytical thinking, client-service orientation, and willingness to learn advisory methodologies.
Job Description:
- Assist project teams in internal audits, process reviews, and risk consulting activities.
- Deliver high-quality client services by supporting audit documentation, process walkthroughs, and testing procedures.
- Monitor engagement progress, manage risks, and update stakeholders regarding timelines and outcomes.
- Demonstrate basic accounting, business process, and audit knowledge while staying updated with industry developments.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams, and travel to client locations within India or internationally when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduates: BE/B.Tech, B.Com, BMS, BBM or similar degree.
- 0–2 years of experience in audit, consulting, or business functions.
- Strong understanding of business processes and basic accounting concepts.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as CIA or CISA are an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements.
