About the Job
Deltek is hiring Associate Cloud Engineers to join its Global Cloud team. This role focuses on cloud engineering, DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and full-stack application development in a modern AWS-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and automate deployment pipelines in AWS.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Automate infrastructure using Ansible and IaC tools (Terraform / CloudFormation).
- Develop cloud-native applications and services.
- Build full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
- Design responsive front-end UIs using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Develop backend APIs using Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
- Design database schemas and optimize queries.
- Monitor services, respond to alerts, and support release processes.
- Support customer applications and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation and tests.
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and automation.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (2025 graduates only).
- Strong understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
- Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines).
- Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform / CloudFormation).
- Understanding of AWS cloud services.
- Basic scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and service integration.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work with some overlap in US Eastern Time zone.
