About the Job
Notified is seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to join its Application Management Group (AMG). This role is part of a 24/7 Cloud Reliability and Application Support team responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of production infrastructure and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- 24/7 monitoring and troubleshooting of application and infrastructure issues.
- Incident tracking, analysis, and resolution.
- Work in a 3-shift support model (6am–3pm, 1pm–10pm, 9pm–6am IST).
- Develop and maintain reliability and performance metrics.
- Participate in application releases and cloud infrastructure support.
- Manage and maintain monitoring, observability, and support tools.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Product Management, and Operations teams.
- Create and maintain runbooks, monitoring dashboards, and knowledge bases.
- Automate tasks using Python, Terraform, PowerShell, or similar tools.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Industry-relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment.
Work Model
- Hybrid work model.
- Work from office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
- Work from home: Monday and Friday.
- Cab pick-up and drop available.
- Office Location: The Leela Office, Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bengaluru – 560008.
