About the Job
AXA XL is hiring Business Analysts to act as a bridge between business and IT teams. The role involves supporting one or more applications within delivery teams by gathering and documenting requirements, supporting testing activities, and managing application-related issues and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Validate IT solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Support quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing.
- Perform root cause analysis and assist in problem management.
- Review deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with transformation and change delivery teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in business processes.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of business analysis and application systems analysis.
- Experience working with complex systems and data.
- Familiarity with Agile and other SDLC methodologies.
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques such as use cases and functional specifications.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
