About the Role:
- As a Business Analyst at VMock, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, manage solution delivery, and ensure the platform is configured to meet client-specific needs.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with client success teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate client needs into clear technical and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, milestones, and delivery outcomes.
- Oversee platform configuration, customization, and solution delivery.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and performance.
- Create documentation and provide training support to clients.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to best practices.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Good understanding of business concepts and processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably from top Delhi University colleges).
- 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or research.
