About the Role:
- In this role, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze workforce and operational data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights that improve efficiency and support IBM’s global business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Interpret data using analytical, research, and statistical techniques.
- Develop and implement data analyses to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Evaluate KPIs, track trends, and recommend improvements to business plans.
- Serve as a liaison between staff and management by translating data into actionable insights.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create clear reports and visual summaries.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams across time zones.
- High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field.
- Experience in client or stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, SPSS, or SAS is a plus.
- Experience in data cleaning, exploration, visualization, and reporting is an advantage.
