About the Job

Job Description
- Perform penetration testing for applications, servers, networks, APIs, and mobile platforms.
- Conduct VAPT assessments on thick clients, web, cloud, and infrastructure environments.
- Identify vulnerabilities manually, report findings, and provide remediation support.
- Use industry-standard security tools to simulate exploits and test system defenses.
- Prepare professional documentation including test plans, assessment reports, and mitigation recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to track and resolve identified risks and security gaps.
Skills Required
- Understanding of OSI, TCP/IP, network fundamentals, and cybersecurity concepts
- Knowledge of network, cloud, web, infrastructure, and mobile security
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of penetration testing and VAPT methodologies
- Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and common vulnerability patterns
- Familiarity with tools like BurpSuite, Metasploit, Kali Linux, Nessus, sqlmap, Nmap, ZAP, Checkmarx, SonarQube
- Ability to write and review secure code (SAST / SCA experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell) is an added advantage
Eligibility
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Freshers or candidates with cybersecurity internship / certification preferred
- CEH, OSCP, eJPT, or similar security certifications are a plus (not mandatory)
