Job Description:
- Software Testing: Write and execute test cases, perform functional and regression testing, report defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure product quality.
- Software Developer: Participate in design discussions, implement features, write clean code, and support unit testing and debugging as part of development teams.
- Work in agile teams, follow best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and delivery quality.
Skills Required:
- Basic programming knowledge (relevant languages for developer role) and understanding of software development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with testing concepts, test case design, and defect lifecycle for testing roles.
- Good problem-solving ability, communication skills, and teamwork mindset.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work on client projects with guidance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation Years: 2024, 2025, 2026 only.
- For Software Developer: Only B.E. / B.Tech graduates are eligible.
- Mechanical and Civil streams are NOT eligible for either role.
- No active backlogs or arrears.
- Open to all genders.
