Job Description:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications under guidance.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using relevant programming languages.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new features.
- Help identify and fix software defects and technical issues as they arise.
- Take part in code reviews and learn development best practices.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field (or final-year student eligible for joining).
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and familiarity with version control tools (e.g. Git) — preferred but not mandatory.
- Good problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment.
