About the Job:
- Support merchant integration with PayU payment solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to APIs and integrations.
- Work closely with internal engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth communication between merchants and internal systems.
Job Description:
- Provide technical assistance during pre and post integration stages.
- Diagnose and resolve payment gateway related issues.
- Analyze logs and transaction data to identify problems.
- Provide timely support to improve merchant experience.
- Maintain documentation for integration and support processes.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts.
