Job Description
As an intern, you'll work with Qualcomm engineers to support research, development, debugging, simulation, verification, and testing of next-generation wireless and hardware systems like 5G, modem technologies, chipsets, and signal processing.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Electronics, ECE, Telecommunications, or Embedded Systems
- Programming skills in C / C++ / Python
- Knowledge of MATLAB or similar tools for signal processing
- Understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
- Basics of Wireless and Communication Systems (3G / 4G / 5G concepts)
- Familiarity with VLSI, RTL Design, Verification (Verilog / VHDL)
- Exposure to FPGA, SoC models, Simulation tools, or ASIC workflows
- Knowledge of Linux, debugging tools, or lab testing setups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork ability
