About the Job
HARMAN is hiring Project Support Engineers to support test automation projects. The role focuses on planning, reporting, process improvement, and coordination across testing and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support test project managers with planning and coordination activities.
- Create, update, and maintain test documentation and project data.
- Prepare test reports, dashboards, and metrics.
- Support test automation processes and improve workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams.
- Assist with resource planning, cost tracking, and data analysis.
Required Skills
- B.E / B.Tech in Engineering (CS, IT, ECE, or related fields).
- Basic knowledge of testing and automation concepts.
- Programming or scripting exposure (Python, C++, C#, or similar).
- Understanding of SDLC and testing processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn tools and improve processes.
