Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain modules for Decisions’ automation platform — including backend services, workflow engines, and integrations.
- Collaborate with product and QA teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable software features.
- Implement backend logic, API integrations, database interactions, and cloud-native workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and version control to ensure code quality and collaboration.
- Support continuous improvement, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams as part of development lifecycle.
Skills Required
- Strong programming fundamentals and good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
- Familiarity with backend development, web services/APIs, and database operations
- Basic understanding of cloud or deployment environments (preferred)
- Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and work collaboratively in a team environment
