About the Internship:
- This flagship internship program offers hands-on exposure to software engineering, system design, testing, and real-world fintech development under expert guidance. Interns will work on live projects that help scale Rupeek’s digital lending platform.
Internship Responsibilities:
- Assist engineering teams in building and testing fintech application modules.
- Work with backend services, APIs, dashboards, or product engineering workflows.
- Contribute to debugging, documentation, and improving existing systems.
- Collaborate with mentors and participate in sprint reviews, stand-ups, and evaluations.
- Learn and implement industry-standard tools, coding practices, and version control.
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals (Python / Java / JS or similar).
- Basic knowledge of data structures, APIs, and SQL/NoSQL concepts.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and clear communication skills.
