Role Overview:
- Role will be aligned to Multicloud, Digital Workplace Services, Integrated Smart Operations, or IT based on candidate credentials and hiring performance.
- You will join as a fresher and no prior work experience will be considered.
Job Description (IT & Integrated Smart Operations):
- Describe relationships between tables and write queries to retrieve data.
- Perform CRUD operations and write stored procedures.
- Prepare and execute manual and automated tests.
- Analyze root cause and resolve service tickets.
- Work with IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools.
- Demonstrate innovation and experimentation in projects.
Job Description (Multicloud):
- Maintain and administer computing environments.
- Monitor production servers and manage incidents.
- Support Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, and Cloud environments.
- Follow SOPs, security, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in continuous service improvement.
- Work in a 24/7 environment and relocate if required.
Job Description (Digital Workplace Services):
- Provide first-line technical support to clients.
- Log, track, and resolve IT service tickets.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Work in shifts from office.

Eligibility (IT & Integrated Smart Operations):
- 2024 or 2025 graduates.
- 3-year UG degree in BCA, BSc (Computer Science / IT / allied streams), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, or Electronics.
- Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (no rounding off).
- Minimum 60% aggregate at time of joining with no arrears.
- Consistent academic record is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work from any Cognizant location, shift, and technology.
- Only Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India.
Eligibility (Multicloud & Digital Workplace Services):
- 2024 or 2025 graduates.
- Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc).
- Minimum 50% in academics (no rounding off).
- Candidates with standing arrears are not eligible.
- Flexibility to work from any Cognizant location and in shifts.
- Only Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India.
Support from Cognizant (Post Joining):
- Night shift allowance as per project.
- Cab facility for pick-up and drop.

- Resume (maximum 2 pages) with high-resolution passport size photograph.
