Role: ASIC Engineer Intern – Design Verification

About the Internship:
- Work with Meta’s Infrastructure organization on ASIC design and verification.
- Help build accelerators that power large-scale, energy-efficient data centers.
- Learn and work with experienced ASIC engineers on real production systems.
- Contribute to advanced IP development using modern verification tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tests, checkers, and coverage models to verify hardware designs.
- Understand architecture and micro-architecture of ASIC designs.
- Write SystemVerilog, UVM, and C code to generate test content.
- Create scripts to automate verification processes.
- Debug test failures and collaborate with design and modeling teams.
- Improve verification methodologies and workflows.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Strong fundamentals in computer architecture and logic design.
- Ability to think critically and solve verification problems.
- Must obtain work authorization in India at the time of hire.
- Intent to return to your degree program after completion of the internship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Knowledge of SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
