About the Job:
- Support quality engineering and testing activities within manufacturing cells.
- Assist senior engineers in maintaining quality and process effectiveness.
- Work with test technicians and debug teams to resolve issues.
- Help ensure equipment and processes meet quality and compliance requirements.
Job Description:
- Diagnose and repair to component level on electronic circuit board assemblies.
- Use test and measurement equipment to support quality verification.
- Read and follow assembly documentation, schematics, and procedures.
- Support data evaluation to improve diagnostic efficiency.
- Participate in preventive maintenance activities.
- Assist with setup and commissioning of new equipment and projects.
- Document findings and prepare daily reports on technical problems.
- Support extended tests such as functional testing and equipment validation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for machine maintenance and calibration.
- Contribute to reducing downtime and improving process yields.
Skills Required:
- Basic hands-on experience with quality and test procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment and debugging tools.
- Good understanding of manufacturing quality processes.
- Ability to follow technical documentation and SOPs.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and report writing ability.
Eligibility:
- Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar) or related technical field.
- Freshers or early-career candidates with relevant internship or project experience are preferred.
