About the Job:
- Work as part of Oracle’s Support organization delivering post-sales customer support.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.
- Resolve technical and non-technical customer inquiries.
- Support customers in using and troubleshooting Oracle’s electronic support services.
Job Description:
- Provide real-time resolution for a wide range of customer issues.
- Support product compatibility and configuration inquiries.
- Handle license reconciliation, entitlement validation, and support access issues.
- Assist with invoice, shipping, and product availability inquiries.
- Troubleshoot electronic support services.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new customers and guide them on Oracle services.
- Build strong customer relationships and advocate customer needs.
- Provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle teams on escalated issues.
- Continuously develop knowledge of Oracle products and technologies.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills in English.
