About the Job:
- Provide frontline IT support to employees and office visitors.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application-related issues.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems.
- Assist with mobile devices, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
- Work closely with internal IT teams to resolve technology problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in and remote IT support requests.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system updates.
- Perform basic system administration and workstation support.
- Assist infrastructure teams with on-site technical tasks.
- Provide support during emergency or after-hours situations if required.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Understanding of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with office productivity and collaboration tools.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Eligibility:
- B.E / B.Tech or equivalent graduate degree.
- Freshers and early-career candidates are eligible.
