About the Drive:
- Selected candidates will undergo structured training before full-time engineering deployment.
- First 3 months classroom training with ₹25,000/month stipend.
- Next 12 months on-the-job training as Associate Engineer.
- Total training duration up to 15 months.
- Work on real engineering and technology projects across India locations.

Compensation & Bond:
- Annual CTC: ₹4,00,100
- Training stipend during classroom phase: ₹25,000/month
- Service agreement/bond of ₹2 Lakhs for 2 years 9 months
- Final posting location based on business requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
- No active backlogs at the time of application.
- Must pass final year in first attempt.
- Minimum age 18 years at joining.
- Full-time education only.
