About the Job:
- Work with Calix engineering teams to build and maintain applications using the Java and J2EE technology stack.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to understand requirements, design features, and implement scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of software components.
- Contribute to feature development, debugging, and system enhancements.
- Document code, processes, and support team activities to improve quality and knowledge sharing.
Skills Required:
- Strong programming fundamentals in Java and J2EE technologies.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new tools and frameworks.
- Analytical mindset and solid problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Graduates of 2024 or 2025 batches are preferred.
