About the Job:
- Work with Meesho’s Talent Acquisition team to support hiring activities.
- Gain hands-on experience in recruitment coordination and hiring operations.
- Assist in data-driven decision making and reporting within recruitment.
- Collaborate with hiring stakeholders and internal teams to ensure seamless candidate experience.
Job Description:
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage logistics for candidate interactions.
- Support the end-to-end interview process from scheduling to feedback collection.
- Manage virtual interview drives, events, and candidate communications.
- Assist with screening resumes and applications when required.
- Create job postings and help maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics.
- Prepare recruitment reports and update data for internal reviews.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure positive candidate experience.
