About the Job:
- Support the reliability and performance of production cloud systems hosted on AWS.
- Monitor infrastructure and application availability using observability tools.
- Participate in incident management and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with DevOps, InfoSec, and engineering teams on reliability improvements.
- Strengthen monitoring, alerting, and automated response mechanisms.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS components like EC2, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, PagerDuty, Kibana).
- Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Interest in infrastructure, reliability, and scalable SaaS systems.
Eligibility:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 0–1 years of experience; open to fresh graduates and interns.
- Willingness to learn cloud technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.
