Job Highlights:

- Prepare and review ad content and analyze advertisement quality.
- Ensure compliance with content and advertisement guidelines.
- Fresher CTC of 2.11 LPA with rotational shifts and service agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review advertisements and search content.
- Prepare ad content and creatives.
- Classify and review content as per client guidelines.
- Review landing pages and home pages.
- Analyze ad quality and ensure content is not offensive or violating copyright rules.
- Use the web effectively with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Skill Set:
- High proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Good working knowledge of the internet.
- Understanding of how Google search works and effective keyword searching.
Salary Package & Shift Details:
- Fresher CTC: ₹2.11 LPA with a 14-month service agreement (for freshers).
- Rotational shifts: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM.
- Projects run 365 days a year with two rotational weekly offs.
Interview Process Notes:
- L1 and L2 interviews will be conducted online.
- After clearing L1 and L2, candidates must visit a Virtusa office (Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, or Gurgaon) for Versant test and HR discussion.
- Final onboarding will be done at the selected work location (Hyderabad or Gurgaon).
