Job Description:

  • Define and implement test strategies, detailed test plans, and test cases aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Drive test execution and optimize test coverage to ensure product quality.
  • Monitor and report QA metrics to stakeholders, providing transparency and insights.
  • Log, track, and validate defects, performing root cause analysis and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and provide QA sign-offs for releases.
  • Support automation readiness by identifying areas for automation and working with automation engineers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in functional, integration, regression, and system testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Test data management skills and experience creating comprehensive test data sets.
  • Familiarity with test management and bug-tracking tools such as Azure Test Plans, JIRA, or Zephyr.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to define and report QA metrics, dashboards, and insights.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software, IT, or related technical field.
  • Relevant experience in quality assurance, software testing, or software development.
  • Familiarity with agile development practices and software QA processes.
