Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams to improve service reliability, automate operational tasks, and manage cloud infrastructure. You will contribute to system monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement of platform stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve reliability and performance of cloud-based services.
- Automate operational processes to reduce manual effort.
- Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and system health metrics.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development teams on system design improvements.
Skills Required
- Understanding of cloud computing and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AWS services and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Programming experience in Java, Go, or similar languages.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
