Stipend & Benefits:
- 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ESI per month
- 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ESI per month
- 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ESI per month
- 4th Year: ₹23,000 per month
- Joining Bonus: ₹75,000
Eligibility:
- Graduation Year: 2025 only
- Qualification: BCA or B.Sc
- Eligible Streams: Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics
- Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation
- 10th and 12th must be passed
- Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics in graduation
- Only one backlog allowed at the time of assessment
- No gaps allowed in graduation (must complete within 3 years)
- Maximum 3 years gap allowed before graduation
- Candidate must be 18 years or above
- Indian Citizen / PIO / OCI required
Selection Process:
- Round 1: Online Assessment (Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative, Written Communication)
- Round 2: Voice Assessment
- Round 3: Business Discussion
- Pre-skilling Training
- Final Offer Letter
Service Agreement:
- Service agreement of 60 months
- Joining bonus to be repaid on pro-rata basis if leaving early
