About the Role:
- Work alongside experienced engineers to design innovative technical solutions.
- Use your technical acumen to evaluate and assist with new technologies.
- Deliver high-performance, scalable, secure deliverables with guidance.
- Participate in automation, construction, debugging, and implementation activities.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and monitor system performance.
- Contribute to Target’s intellectual property and develop new retail ideas.
Skills Required:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
- Passion for learning new tools and technology stacks.
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
- Strong teamwork mindset and a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to follow through on tasks and deliver results.
Eligibility:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an engineering degree with a specialization in CS/IT/Electronics/Circuit branches.
- No active backlogs and good academic record.
- Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are ideal for this apprenticeship.
