Training & Compensation Details:
- Total training duration: Up to 15 months.
- First 3 months: Classroom training with stipend of ₹25,000 per month (Internship).
- Next 12 months: On-the-job training as Associate Engineer after successful completion of classroom training.
- Final role confirmation based on training performance.
Job Description:
- Branch Eligibility: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
- Employment Type: Full-time (Associate Engineer Trainee).
- Final job location will be based on business requirements and management discretion.
- Selected candidates must sign a service agreement/bond of ₹2,00,000 for a duration of 2 years and 9 months.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA in 10th, 12th (or Diploma), and Graduation.
- Graduation percentage calculated based on latest available marks.
- No active backlogs at the time of application.
- Final year exam must be cleared in the first attempt.
- Minimum age: 18 years at the time of joining.
