About the Role:
- Provide L1 technical support via tickets, calls, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
- Manage SaaS user accounts and access permissions.
- Support Office 365 services (Email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams.
- Assist with maintenance and system testing activities.
Skills Required:
- Basic IT support and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Understanding of SaaS platforms and concepts.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn new IT systems quickly.
Eligibility:
- BE/BTech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science or related field.
- 0–6 months IT support or helpdesk exposure.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and networks.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
