About the Role:

  • Receive and manage inbound customer interactions via calls, email, or chat.
  • Provide navigational support on self-service portals and customer queries.
  • Perform security verification and follow company policies in interactions.
  • Place outbound calls when required to follow up or resolve issues.
  • Maintain high call and data quality standards while meeting performance targets.
  • Update process repositories like knowledge base and SharePoint with current information.
  • Handle HR-related queries including recruitment support, payroll records, timesheets, and grievance management.
  • Work in rotational shifts as per business needs.

Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use customer service tools such as ticket tracking and ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT tools.
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Eligibility:

  • Any graduate from a government-recognized university.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
  • Prior experience in international BPO or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
