About the Role:
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop MIS reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Perform data quality checks and validation.
- Interpret data and deliver business insights.
- Support backend PMO and reporting activities.
- Automate processes using VBA, macros, and Power Query.
- Prepare stakeholder reports and presentations.
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain data systems and reporting standards.
- Support process optimization initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Advanced MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot, formulas, macros).
- Power BI dashboard creation.
- Data analysis and MIS reporting.
- VBA / automation basics.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data interpretation and visualization.
- Communication and reporting ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- SQL / Python (preferred).
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Analytics, Business, or Science.
- Entry-level or early-career candidates.
- Strong quantitative and analytical background.
- Interest in data analytics and reporting.
- Excel/BI project or internship experience preferred.
