About the Role:
- Work closely with senior leaders on strategic operations and transformation projects.
- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using data and operational insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Delivery, Finance, HR, and Business.
- Create project dashboards, status reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans during project execution.
- Support automation, digitization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Participate in client and stakeholder review meetings where applicable.
Skills Required:
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of BI tools is a plus).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Understanding of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma concepts is an advantage.
- High ownership mindset with strong execution focus.
Eligibility:
- MBA (Final Year or Recent Graduate) from a reputed B-School.
- Specialization in Operations Management or Project Management.
- Engineering or Computer Science background preferred.
- Strong academic track record.
