About the Role:
- Manage Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reporting with zero errors.
- Maintain historical reports and spreadsheets.
- Monitor call queues and staffing adjustments in real time.
- Track agent adherence and productivity using client tools.
- Deliver detailed daily service level and operational reports.
- Analyze trends and identify drivers for service level misses.
- Handle intraday scheduling changes and workforce adjustments.
- Support 24/7 operations with alternating shifts as required.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Power BI expertise.
- Knowledge of SQL Database and MS Access.
- Understanding of VBA scripting.
- Ability to identify trends and convert data into decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
