About the Role:
- Provide first-level proactive and reactive network maintenance.
- Prioritize and resolve telecom faults as per SLA.
- Handle trouble tickets and service issues.
- Coordinate with operations and network teams.
- Investigate network incidents and root causes.
- Support telecom infrastructure uptime.
- Assist in escalation and customer issue handling.
- Ensure adherence to telecom processes and tools.
