About the Role:
As a Product Specialist Intern, you will be the first point of contact for users and help them resolve issues related to CloudSEK’s cybersecurity platform. You will work in a dynamic environment and gain exposure to product support and cybersecurity operations.
- Provide Level 1 support for customer queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Document user issues and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Learn cybersecurity concepts and product workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls.
- Analyze and resolve user-reported issues.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams.
- Stay updated with cybersecurity threats and trends.
- Assist in improving product support processes.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
