About the Role:

  • Work with Deloitte’s HR Services team supporting learning and talent development operations.
  • Assist in managing learning administration processes for training programs and courses.
  • Support internal teams by coordinating learning sessions and managing course logistics.
  • Ensure accurate data updates in Deloitte’s Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Provide operational support for HR learning programs and internal training activities.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Add and manage training classes within the Learning Management System.
  • Process reports related to training schedules and learning activities.
  • Provide delegate lists and distribute electronic training materials.
  • Assist in closing training sessions and collecting feedback or evaluations.
  • Ensure all system updates are completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations.
  • Support additional learning administration and HR service tasks when required.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HR operations or learning administration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 0–1 year experience in learning administration, customer service, or backend operations.
  • Strong communication and professional email etiquette.
