About the Role:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will handle customer queries, troubleshoot Enphase products remotely, and provide solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}
- Provide technical support via calls, chats, and emails.
- Troubleshoot solar and energy system issues remotely.
- Work in a 24/7 support environment (including shifts).
