About the Role:
- Work with the Global Client Onboarding team to integrate clients with FlexTrade trading systems.
- Assist in onboarding FIX clients and ensuring smooth connectivity with brokers and exchanges.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and client service teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during client onboarding processes.
- Help maintain system configurations and ensure stable client connectivity.
- Gain experience working with financial trading platforms and market connectivity systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding clients to FlexTrade’s trading platforms.
- Support FIX connectivity with brokers, ECNs, ATSs, and exchanges.
- Work closely with internal teams including engineering, QA, and account management.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and onboarding procedures.
- Ensure smooth and reliable trading system integration for clients.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or similar.
- Basic understanding of Unix/Linux commands and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within technical teams.
- Interest in financial technology and trading systems.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in software engineering or technical roles.
- Exposure to programming and IT technologies during academic studies.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
