About the Role:
As a Platform Support Engineer L1, you will provide first-level technical support to ensure client systems and platforms run smoothly. You will monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents while meeting SLA requirements.
- Provide L1 support for IT systems and platforms.
- Monitor infrastructure and identify issues.
- Handle incidents and service requests.
- Work with global teams to resolve problems.
- Ensure high system availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts and incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Manage incident tickets using ITSM tools.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and response times.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
- Provide support via chat, email, or calls.
- Assist in system maintenance and updates.
Skills Required:
